Now that..

..I'm runnig loose again.  How to 1-up the libprim design?  It's OK,
but there are some points that are hard to change.

Thinking about things to do with a full machine at disposal.  One of
the cool things about having no external code that deals with pointers
is that memory can be moved around freely.

Many of the ideas that are half-baked in my head are more worked out
in the COLA system.  However, I don't want to give up externally
hosted compilated. (here-you-go code).

This is again more a Staapl idea.  libprim is about C projects and
external code.
