svn17n is an experiment to create a self-hosting finite audio
performance that compiles from source (or binary distribution) using
freely available software tools.

is about a break from rationality. rationality is used only to
implement spontaneous patterns. the first pattern is auditory and
mostly rhythm.

implementation uses the following instruments: double bassdrum,
cymbals, bass and rythm guitar.  XxxXxx.. and XxXx.. so is a sequence
of 3,2 to create tension and 1 to create release.

tools used are pure data + creb for the synth side and a controller
written in scheme using the non-causal score language "before".
