this is a port of evilwm to packet forth.
i didn't change much, just bound it to my baby.
goes without saying that some docs are obsolete,
that's why i removed them.

licence: have a look around. lots of people tinkered
at this one.  seems i can modify and redistribute, 
so i do that. i don't claim anything else.
