ARM dev

Plenty of ARM boards but I think I'd like an emulator for getting the
ARM interaction bootstrapped.  There is QEMU Cortex M3.  How does its
serial port work?

Better: where is this in the QEMU source?  (here: [6])

Angel interface[2][3] emulates Arm PrimeCell PL011 UART.

What is really needed is a special purpose "staapl machine" for qemu.
Yeah why not tie this into Racket directly?  Doesn't really need a
staapl machine, just a working serial port on stdout and
