ARM registers

Forth on ARM : what to do with registers?

Probably best to make machines such that the register set that is used
in interrupt mode is the same as in user mode.  This gives a natural
two-machine, non-shared memory approach.

Using R8-R15 for the Forth VM gives "free" context switching between
main user thread and the FIQ handler.  That's a good start.

Need to look at thumb mode too: apparently upper registers are a bit
restricted.
