Simplification

- Forth (prefix) syntax should be on top of a well-define s-expression
  syntax.  Maybe this should be kept simple: just keep the syntax
  there is now?

- Scheme code should be able to generate words more easily.

- Maybe functions are not really the right abstraction level.  Maybe
  it's time to acknowledge that compiled code is just spaghetti: no
  guarantees?


EDIT: Can't change without breaking.  Building a new abstraction on
top of Scheme compiler invocation seems best.  However, this requires
tethered changes.
