de-parameterize comp/instantiate.ss

parameters:
  compile-literal
  compile-word
  compile-exit
  compile-mexit
  semi
  target-postprocess


ok.. getting rid of parameters should not be too difficult. however,
fixing the primitive compilation steps (especially mexit) might be a
challenge.

mexit is probably best implemented not with a parameter, but with
placing functions on the rs stack..
