stand-alone Forth

rationale:
  * more standard (documentation)
  * no dependency on Brood (decoupled from scheme + emacs)
  * no double implementation of compiler (host + target)

roadmap:
  - look at Flashforth and Retro Forth.
  - start building dictionary -> interpret mode -> compile mode
  - possible on 18f1320 ?
  - macro/immediate?
  - tail recursion?
