building the first krikit boards

 - not using E2, use serial + icd2 instead
 - xtal 40 MHz operation

pins to determine:
     * opamp + bias power
     * analog input (maybe first stage also)
     * speaker out

and figure out if the opamp can take 5V when it's powered down,
otherwise it needs an extra pin to pull the (+) input to ground also.
