The idea is to split off the message receiver from snot, so it can be
used in other applications as a remote repl. Emacsclient sucks.
The thing I always forget is that a receiver that is able to handle
multiple clients needs to serialize the messages. In the case of
elisp expressions this means multiple fd/buffer for multiple clients.
This is not what we'd want. Ideally, the emacs side should just read
consecutive messages from a buffer process.
