Kernel in Rust?

For the dynwav project, some core routines are not "just DSP".  It
might be good to use Rust for this.

I wonder if it's possible to write deterministic code in Rust,
meaning: for a particular thread, no I/O and no memory allocation.

Anyway, an important part to get right first is "streams", which
should probably be implemented as chunked buffers.  Dynwav has a
time->frequency tradeoff that reflects as a variable buffer size
between FFT calls.
