I wonder what the link is between entropy and non-invertibility, since both are related to one-way processes and information reduction. [EDIT Thu Jun 18 15:36:35 CEST 2009] This remark appeared in the log. It hints at something I don't yet understand enough to articulate. Look at the matrix computations tutorial (basics.tex).
