linux graphics

PacketForth uses mainly two extensions: xvideo and opengl. By default
these are accessed through SDL.

xvideo (video port)
- hardware accellerated scaling / colourspace conversion / video overlay.
- can be a physical video port (nvidia?)

opengl (drawing and geometry engine)
- non-accellerated uses Mesa (open source opengl clone)
- accellerated uses dri
  - agpgart agp driver kernel module: (gart = memory mapper)
  - drm direct rendering manager: 2 kernel modules: drm + mga/i810/...
  - mesa-dri system lib: opengl level driver (dri client)
