what is PF?

another answer of the recurring question.

forth + linear lists/queues
+ generic functions + simple type system

to get to a fresh implementation of the core idea, i need to rewrite
the whole shebang. however, it might be possible to separate out the
stream processing and all the plugins, generating only the core from
within BROOD.

a brief look at the previous iteration tells me that it's still the
same. most other comments are about implementation.

an interesting remark is code in a linear language. currently i take
the stance that compiled code cannot be duplicated, since compiled
code contains pointers OUTSIDE of the normal linear list
structure. basicly, it has circular references. distilling: circular
references are ONLY allowed in compiled code, and compiled code is
abstract.
