binary data pipes

so this should actually replace the procqueue stuff. each end of a
pipe has two interfaces: read/write style raw data and pf data atoms.

so it's a collision of:
- parser pre-emption
- fast out-of-process pf comminication
- binary data save/load
- pf core synchronization (select)
- streams
