containers and arrays

My idea is falling apart. If i see how it's being used by other
people, element access is something important apparently. Pushes my
face to things that are wrong in pf.. Somehow, not having element
access makes things really bloated, since i have to write code for
every possible way you'd like to access groups of elements, leading to
combinatorial explosion.

The idea is still valid, since in most cases i can find a way to keep
the data sizes static, and perform parallel operations. The
combinatorial explosion can be handled by automaticly generating
iterators. Back to square one.. This is the whole idea behind brood,
in the end.. But i feel the need to sob over it some more. See
brood/doc/ramblings.txt for the whole deal.
