Client wifi node on Share Max

I have two of these.  It doesn't seem they will ever be supported, so
let's put them to use as wifi <-> USB bridges.  It would be nice to
get a webcam to work.

Needed:
- latest working patch from manojpi
- setting client mode
- driver for webcam
