Know your arena

* For recognizing non-managed vectors it's simplest to just compare
  with the current arena pointers.  This will always give an exact
  answer.  It could be optimized with more platform knowledge, but
  that's not really the point.

* Macro expansion needs to happen before compilation to linkable .o
  code with expanded ASTs.

So some earlier unparse.ss code can be modified to support Flash
stored scripts.  The main problem is to work around the ad-hoc
incremental bootstrap in the boot.scm file.
