.h_prims generation

The problem is that there is a nasty feedback loop. The language
isn't yet C when the .h_prims generator runs.

So really, I'm not looking for a C parser!

I'm looking for something that can look beyond the holes in the C
files to be able to fill them in a second pass.

Preprocessing isn't really an option either as this pulls in a huge
amount of junk from the system header files.

Is there a way to incrementally (lazily?) backtrack into header files
to resolve what is necessary? This is mostly about typedefs in
Frontc.

Also, Frontc doesn't seem to keep track of original source locations
so replacing parts of syntax is not going to work.

Stick with what I have? Regexp based foo foo.
