Self-hosting compiler

Still need to fix toplevel references + some way to bootstrap
compile it.  If I add a #<data:...> reader, or something that can read
a textual representation of byte code it might be simpler to
serialize from a mzscheme hosted compiler and bootstrap that way.

Yes. This seems a lot simpler.  Also, if the bytecode can be made
machine-independent, this can also be used for cross-compilation.
