VM status

- got both opcodes and continuations represented as C code functions
  that operate on the machine state, modifying the C E K registers.

- compiler from Scheme -> VM code

TODO: 

- creating function abstractions + distinguishing primive and
  function abstractions.

- self-hosted compiler
